1. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must request the refund within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- The request must be submitted via email to info@resequel.it or through our support page.
- Refund requests will not be honored after 24 hours of the original purchase.
Once we process your refund request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the service.
Please note:
- Refunds are only available for the initial purchase and do not apply to recurring payments or subscription renewals.
- If you have already used the service (e.g., by executing queries or accessing quality checks), the refund may not be granted, depending on the circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing from occurring but will not result in an immediate refund.
To cancel:
- Go to your account settings in Your Profile Page.
- Follow the cancellation instructions, or email us at info@resequel.it if you need assistance.
What happens after cancellation:
- Your access to resequel.it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After your current billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to a free tier (if available), or it will be deactivated.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription, any data or content stored with us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund or cancellation request if we believe there has been abuse of our refund policy.
- This policy does not apply if there are issues related to payment processing, technical errors, or other service interruptions that prevent you from using resequel.it.
